Adjust Servings:
2 cups [1 cup = 250 ml] Refined flour (Maida)
2 tsp or as per taste Sugar (Shakkar)
1/2 tsp Salt (Namak)
1/2 cup Yoghurt (Dahi)
1/3 cup Water (Paani)
1 tsp Baking soda or fruit salt (eno) Fruit salt can be used instead of Baking soda
1 small bottle Nutella
1 Banana (Kela)
As required Almonds (Badam)
As required Cashew nuts (Kaju)
2 tsp Cooking Oil (Tel)

Eggless Nutella Pancake is an excellent choice for breakfast or evening snacks.

Eggless Nutella Pancake is for people of different food choices.

Pancakes are one of the western world’s staple foods. They are round, semi thick, made from refined flour and eggs. But there are many who are vegetarian or are allergic to eggs. This recipe is ideal for them.

In ancient Greece and Rome, pancakes were a major part of their daily diet. But they used flour of those times.

There are different versions of pancakes like Crepes. They are French Pancakes which are thinner than the regular ones. Crepes are cooked on both sides.

Pancakes are similar to dosas, cheela, uttapam, appam, thalipeeth, pesarattu.

If you are a vegan, you can use lactose free or soy milk products.

To make it healthy you can also add whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) to the refined flour (maida). The proportion is up to you.

You will need refined flour (maida).

In a bowl, take all the ingredients except bananas (kela) and mix together to prepare the batter. There should not be any lumps in it.

You will also require, nutella.

Chop bananas (kela), almonds (badam) and cashew nuts (kaju). You may add any fruit or dry fruit of your choice.

Heat a tawa (griddle) by applying little cooking oil (tel) to it.

Keep the gas flame between medium and low and pour the batter on the tawa (griddle) with a ladle (kadchi).

Cover it with a cloche (dhakkan).

Once, the pancake is cooked, remove it on a plate. Do not flip the pancake.

Spread nutella over the pancake.

Garnish it with chopped bananas (kela), almonds (badam) and kaju (cashew nuts).

Take 2 cups refined flour (maida), 1/2 cup yoghurt (dahi), 1/3 cup water (paani), 2 tsp sugar (shakkar), 1/2 tsp salt (namak), 1 tsp baking soda and mix together properly. Chopped the banana (kela) and slice the almonds (badam) and cashew nuts (kaju).

Apply 2 tsp cooking oil (tel) to a tawa (griddle) and heat it. Pour the batter on it and cover it with a cloche (dhakkan). Cook the pancake on a medium to low flame so that the bottom of the pancake does not burn and cover it with a cloche (dhakkan).

Once the pancake is cooked, remove it on a plate. Do not flip the pancake. Spread Nutella over the pancake and garnish it with chopped banana (kela) pieces and sliced almonds (badam) abd cashew nuts (kaju). It's time to devour this delicious Nutella Pancake.
