No Bake Biscuit Fudge Balls delicious and very easy to make.

These No Bake Biscuit Fudge Balls can be made by anyone. It is easy to make and delicious to taste. Whenever you feel like making fudge balls but do not want to use an oven or microwave oven, these fudge balls will come to your rescue.

It is an eggless dessert for the benefit of vegetarians like me.

I am a novice when it comes to baking. Even though I am learning the art, I also feel like making desserts without baking. So, I came up with this recipe. It is a no hassle recipe and also caters to the needs of your sweet tooth. The ingredients are inexpensive and readily available.

You can always prepare this for home parties and even festivals as it does not contain eggs (ande).

I have used marie biscuits and added cocoa powder for the chocolate flavour. One can also use whole wheat (gehun) biscuits or multi grain biscuits for upping the health factor. The condensed milk (gaadha doodh) helps to bind the ingredients together. Since the biscuits and condensed milk already have sugar in it, I have added very little sugar to it. Add any dry fruits of your choice. The more the better.

First, I greased a mould with butter (makhan) and dusted some refined flour (maida) on it. Then poured the batter in the mould and kept it in the refrigerator to set over night. Then gave it my desired shape and shared it with my loved ones.

So all you people who love sweets, prepare this and share it with your near and dear ones. I am sure with every bite into these soft fudgy balls, the experience would be orgasmic.

Grind the marie biscuits to a fine powder and put it in a mixing bowl.

Add cocoa powder, sugar (shakkar), chopped almonds (badam), chopped cashewnuts (kaju) and mix properly.

Add condensed milk (gaadha doodh) to the mixture, and mix properly.

Grease a tray with butter (makhan) and dust it with refined flour (maida).

Make small balls with the batter and keep on the greased plate.

Refrigerate it for 5 hours till it sets properly. Then take out the fudge balls and relish it.

Make sure you eat them just after you remove them from the refrigerator, otherwise they will turn a little mushy.
