250 grams Paneer
2 Onions (Pyaaz) Chopped
3 Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) chopped
1/4 tsp Turmeric (Haldi) powder
1 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Black pepper (Kali mirch) powder
As per taste Salt (Namak)
1 1/2 tsp Cooking Oil (Tel)
1 tbsp Coriander (Dhania) leaves chopped

Paneer or cottage cheese is one of everybody’s favourite milk products. Inspired by Egg Bhurji, this dish is for vegetarians who want to try out bhurji. You can have it for breakfast or lunch.

Grate the paneer.

Heat oil (tel) in a wok, add the chopped onions (pyaaz) and saute till they turn translucent.

Add the chopped green chillies (hari mirch) and turmeric (haldi) powder and saute for a few seconds.

Add the grated paneer, garam masala, black pepper (kali mirch) powder, salt (namak) and mix properly.

Saute for 3 minutes and garnish with coriander(dhania) leaves.
