Quick Chicken Curry is one of the easiest dishes which can be prepared even by novices.

This quick chicken curry was invented by my father. Many a times, when he would de-bone the chicken (murgi) pieces for any boneless chicken (murgi) dish, he would prepare this dish with the bones. It would taste heavenly. So, I learnt this dish from him and prepared it with chicken (murgi) pieces on the bone. This dish tastes best with rice but you may also eat it with any type of flatbread.

Let us see how to prepare this yummy chicken dish.
